Case Studies

Client A - a large London accounting practice of 300+ wanted to be able to synchronise Outlook Contacts of their partners and managers with their practice information contained within Practice Engine. The old link within PE no longer worked. Using the interlinkt integration we have built a tool to provide this one way integration. The site went live on November 2009. They are also our largest user of eMail Filer - which they use to file emails into their existing SharePoint document management system.

Client B - a large firm in South Yorkshire needed to make major improvements to their IT. They were working with IT consultant Mark Ryan and bought our Portal and interlnkt database - using their own IT department to customise this to meet their particular needs. They use a document management solution for clients from another supplier - but use ours for internal documents. Their marketing team were pioneers of eMarketeer for sending mailings to clients - using it as a custom built extension of eLert before we had even branded it as a separate product.

Client C - a planning consultancy firm of 18 people in London wanted document management but within their own simplified portal. They were generally happy with the functionality of eDocument Filer but we were able to add the specific additional functionality that they needed - to be able to file at the service level. This is now available as an option in the basic product.
